• Professional Land Surveyors of Wyoming

The Professional Land Surveyors of Wyoming’s annual events are a home-coming of sorts for professional land surveyors. Our face to face, in person events provide opportunities for certification credits, technical education, and an unprecedented opportunity for networking.

I would say that Dennis [Mouland] was one of the best instructions of the CFEDs program of study.

P.L.S.W. Technical Session

Join PLSW for a two-day Technical Session on October 29–30, 2025 at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center in Casper, offering 12 credit hours. Featured speaker Kristopher M. Kline, PLS—president of 2Point, Inc., nationally recognized instructor, and author on boundary and riparian law—will lead two in-depth courses: a 4-hour deep dive into utility easements for power, water, and sewer (exclusive vs. non-exclusive rights, overburden/piggybacking, apportionment, and discovery rules for underground utilities) and an 8-hour seminar, “Know When to Hold ’Em,” covering monument decisions and retracement procedures (rules of construction, riparian variations, pitfalls of “office surveys,” research standards, and modern retracement). Space in the hotel room block is limited—make plans now to join us in Casper.
